Your Fathom meetings, on the deals they belong to.
Pace reads each meeting Fathom recorded, matches it to an account from who was invited, and attaches it to that account's deals, where it feeds deal risk and forecast signals.
In Pace, open Settings → Integrations → Call recording. You need the manage connections permission.
On the Fathom row, click Connect, then Continue to Fathom.
Sign in to Fathom as an admin with access to all of your organization's call recordings, then approve Pace's access.
You land back in Pace with Fathom marked Connected. The first sync starts automatically.
Calls appear on deals as the 90-day backfill is processed, not all at once.
Connect with a Fathom admin. Pace syncs only the recordings the connected Fathom account can access, so it must be an admin who can see every call recording in your organization.
Read only.
Pace only reads meetings, transcripts and summaries. It never records, edits, deletes or shares anything in Fathom.
Encrypted and revocable. Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect. See the Security Policy and Privacy Policy.
